Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "777ad1", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 777ad1 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for the delivery of the online casino and sportsbook services accessible at 777ad1.site.
• "Platform" — means the 777ad1 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which services are delivered.
• "Player", "you", "your" — means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777ad1 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — means a verified registered account held by a Player on the 777ad1 Platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Balance" — means deposited PKR funds held in a Player's Account available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" — means promotional credits granted by 777ad1 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification, including CNIC identity verification and payment method confirmation required before first withdrawal.
• "PKR" — means Pakistani Rupees, the sole account currency on the 777ad1 Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — means actions defined in Clause 9 of these Terms, including collusion, fraud, and use of automated software.

By completing the 777ad1 registration process, making any deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms, together with the 777ad1 Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777ad1 with respect to your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail only with respect to that specific promotion; in all other respects, these Terms take precedence.

777ad1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

In addition to the age requirement, eligibility to hold a 777ad1 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, to the extent that such prohibition directly and legally applies to you.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777ad1 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the 777ad1 Platform or notified that you are ineligible to hold an Account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person.
• You have not been placed on a self-exclusion list that covers the 777ad1 Platform at the time of registration or during the active period of your Account.

777ad1 reserves the right to carry out additional eligibility checks at any time during the lifecycle of your Account. Failure to satisfy any eligibility condition at any point may result in Account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

To use the 777ad1 Platform, you must register a single Account using accurate, current, and complete personal information. You must promptly update your Account information if any of it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

Each person may hold only one Account on the 777ad1 Platform. Duplicate Accounts — whether created intentionally or as the result of an error — will be identified through our monitoring systems. In such cases, 777ad1 will close the duplicate Account, merge balances at its sole discretion, and void any bonuses claimed across multiple Accounts. Withdrawals associated with duplicate-account play will be forfeited.

KYC Verification is mandatory for all Players before the first withdrawal is processed. You will be required to provide the following documentation:

• A copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back), confirming identity and date of birth.
• Proof of ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account linked to your 777ad1 Account.
• Any additional documentation 777ad1 deems reasonably necessary to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud prevention obligations.

777ad1 targets KYC review completion within two business days of receiving a complete documentation set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for additional information and the review timeline will restart from the date of resubmission.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any access token with any other person — including 777ad1 support agents, who will never request your password. 777ad1 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All deposits to your 777ad1 Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777ad1 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 777ad1 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777ad1 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 777ad1 is not responsible.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by 777ad1 and displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted at 777ad1's discretion. Deposits that fall below the minimum or exceed an applicable limit may be returned to source. 777ad1 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed in the Cashier.

Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals initiated by a Player against a legitimate 777ad1 transaction constitute a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, 777ad1 reserves the right to suspend the Account, freeze any remaining balance, and pursue recovery of the reversed funds through all legal means available.

Withdrawals from your 777ad1 Account are subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same JazzCash account, EasyPaisa wallet, or bank account that was used for your most recent deposit, subject to 777ad1's payment method policies current at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in the Cashier and may be updated at 777ad1's discretion.

777ad1 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, during high-volume periods, or where a withdrawal triggers a manual AML review.

777ad1 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed stated thresholds, are inconsistent with a Player's established deposit and play pattern, or are associated with any activity that triggers 777ad1's internal risk monitoring systems. During such reviews, the withdrawal amount will be held pending completion of the review.

777ad1 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins allocations, and cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. By opting into any promotion, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these Terms.

The following general bonus rules apply to all 777ad1 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• Only wagers placed with Real Money Balance count toward wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentages of specific game categories are detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
• 777ad1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the bonus was claimed through abuse, exploitation, or in bad faith.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and suspension of all associated accounts.

All bets and wagers placed on the 777ad1 Platform — whether on casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, or cricket and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of the game or market in question, as displayed within the Platform at the time of play.

Cricket and Sports Betting: All sports betting markets on 777ad1, including PSL match markets, international cricket series, and other sports, are subject to the sports betting rules published within the Sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, 777ad1's determination, based on official results from recognised governing bodies, shall be final.

Live Casino and Slot Games: All live dealer game results and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology operated by independent third-party game providers. 777ad1 does not control or manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the outcome determined by the game server at the point of disconnection shall stand.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a software or technical error that materially affects the integrity of a game result or bet settlement, 777ad1 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the relevant stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ad1 Platform:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing and insider knowledge: Placing bets using information not publicly available, or in any way connected with the fixing of a sporting event.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated betting or gaming software without express written authorisation from 777ad1.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional structures through multiple accounts, coordinated play patterns, or any technique designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematic exploitation of odds discrepancies across markets where the primary intent is guaranteed profit extraction rather than entertainment.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, or funding an account with proceeds of crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate payment reversals on legitimate 777ad1 transactions.
• Harassment: Using the live chat or any communication channel on 777ad1 to harass, threaten, or abuse support staff or other players.

All content on the 777ad1 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional material, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of 777ad1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 777ad1 Platform without the prior written consent of 777ad1.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad1's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777ad1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 777ad1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 777ad1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its proven negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your 777ad1 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

777ad1-initiated suspension or closure: 777ad1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request received from the account holder or an authorised third party.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the Account will be frozen until the investigation is complete. 777ad1 will communicate the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

777ad1 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform is designed for entertainment only and should not be used as a source of income. Gambling involves financial risk and is not suitable for everyone.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified Players directly within the Account Settings section of the 777ad1 Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected period. During a self-exclusion period, your Account is blocked and no deposits are accepted.

777ad1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777ad1 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may, at its discretion, notify Players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the 777ad1 operating licence is issued, as applicable to online gaming operations of this nature.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 777ad1 Platform, you should in the first instance contact the 777ad1 support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. 777ad1 will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified by 777ad1's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
